Terri is wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains the coverage options clearly. She will assist you with your questions and guide you through the maze of health insurance. The entire staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute celebration. The food was great, and we never had to ask for drink refills. Overall, a strong 5 stars.

Wow - I am so thankful to have met Terri Cook because she has been able to answer every Medicare question I've had. She is so smart and experienced. I've had some tricky situations to talk about and she was so calm and patient with me about them. She has answers and is no-nonsense about it. If you are in Pueblo Colorado please do yourself and your family a favor and call her FIRST for any Medicare questions or guidance. You will be glad you did. Also, when you meet her team you will understand why she is so loved in her community. She is a GIVER in so many ways and very humble about her worth to this world.
