        Its a quiet neighborhood. Most neighbors are polite and nice. There are a lot of good people that live here. BUT, property management will write you up for no reason. While the people around you get away with the same things. Even if you follow the rules to a T, they will always find something to complain about, and judge you for. Favoritism is definitely present among management and their friends within the property. Instead of attempting to build relationships with residents, they will accuse you of lying when you ask for help. While our manager is writing fake reviews on Google, trying to raise the rating of the property. Id say thats worth investigating. Definitely shows that they have something to hide. IT REALLY SHOWS HOW FAKE YOU ARE. Any mention of homes not being up to code gets shut down immediately. Any mention of REAL COMMUNITY ISSUES are ignored, and the blame is placed on residents. Many of us have spent thousands of dollars improving the outside of our homes, only to be told we cant, or didnt have permission. The rules are changed at a whim, and yet our community rules arent even up to date. WE WANT CHANGE! MAJOR CHANGE! We are tired of hypocrites.
