150 to replace screen on iPad. Due to repair the touchscreen doesn't work, but they are willing to fix it for another 150, terrible customer service, very disappointed to take part in giving them money. This might be the first negative review I have ever left, but well deserved. I paid someone to make something unusable.

Had my phone 2 years, dropped dozens of times no issues but it was ran over and the screen got shattered. I got it fixed here for $150, plus added their glass screen protector. Super nice guys, said it would be warrantied unless water damaged. The phone fell off a table maybe 3ft off the ground 2 weeks after it was fixed and it cracked the screen under the protector as well as chipped a piece of glass out. I brought it back that day. When I told the lady working what happened she wouldn't even look up to acknowledge me, and would not look at my phone. She didn't ask any questions or even say a word. So again I spoke up and said it was under warranty. She finally responded and told me warranty only covers the touch screen malfunctioning. She seemed very annoyed that I was even there. I left in tears knowing how much I just spent to have it fixed here and then to just be dismissed so rudely, so disappointing.
