Literally a drip off took OVER a week, quoted 2 days, had MULTIPLE tax preparation people call with questions, comments and empty premises.
Aparently, there is no dedicated sole individual you're guarenteed to work with start to finsih and no tracking method of who is nib nosing in your file.
We never asked for just anyone or everyone to pick up the taxes, multitude of reciepts, look them over, share details or not to lock the file cabinet when going on an extended break.
I am discouraged that Jackson Hewitt charged us as much as they did considering all the continued drama.
They can't guarentee confidentiality even though ITS PERSONAL BUSINESS ABOUT YOUR SS NUMBER and honestly even though these folks are going through training many are not ready for the field.
The ONLY GOOD FROM THIS EXPERIENCE 2023 WAS WORKING WITH MELISSA. She is a manager over Pueblo West and Canon City and you can tell she has the most desire, training and confidence.
We scheduled early for 2024 to work with her. Only with her. Otherwise, if something comes up we will go elsewhere.
