Even 1 star is too much for this man. On 1/31/24 I visited him for a IME. He never really examined me, did not ask any relevant questions and only had me in his office for 6 minutes (undressing/dressing included). He lied in his report about the amount of minutes he examined me (20 min instead of the real 6 minutes) and draw conclusions without doing any examination. He is a disgrace for the profession and should not be allowed to practice medicine and prepare made up conclusions. I even considered asking him to show me his diplomas

He never checked my treatment and I was In and out from his office 1 minute! It was one minute visit, I never went to a doctor for one minute treatment , I never recommend this doctor and services in his office

I found Dr Nipper very suspect with his 2 minute exam with zero conversation. 1 Star is too highly rated for this insurance compelled med examiner..i hope he can be impartial or is that asking too much for unjust treatment, since he works for the insurance company...
