Darrelll and Kyle at Advanced Equipment are simply the best. I got caught having left a tiny amount of gas in my snowblower over the summer and ended up with a fouled carb when I went to test run it a few days ahead this most recent storm. I called Darrelll fully knowing that there was zero chance Id have it back for this 12inch storm coming in 48hrs (my own fault for being delayed in testing) but I wanted to get on his schedule ASAP just the same; because Advanced Equipment are magicians and they have a very healthy clientele list when the weather gets bad. Darrelll picked my blower up the day before this storm and to my complete surprise, he returned it in working condition that same evening. I had zero expectation to get it back for another 10-14 days but they went above and beyond to get it back to me in the same day. Kudos to Darrelll and Kyle for taking the time to diagnose my machine once they got it, and then expediting my repair once they saw how simple and quick it could be. Customer for life here!

Called for snowblower tuneup the first week of November and was told 3-4 weeks for the pickup. 8 weeks later and no response. So busy they dont need your business!
