I wouldn't say I like the attitude of the employees here; they are very rude and always have nasty attitudes. (I use this office because it's close to my company) There was a young Caucasian girl with glasses who was super mean and had no manners. She didn't greet me at all; she just ignored me. She greets two Caucasian customers but not me, not a hello or thank you. Why, because I'm brown?

Like other customers I have found the staff to be VERY rude. I tried to ship an item with rechargeable batteries (same as a laptop). They refused to ship it. They refused to look at the battery codes listed on the item as well. They claimed there is no way to do this despite referring me to their customer service which would be looking up the codes. I dont lose my temper often but these people are jerks. Rude and incredibly unhelpful. All it would have taken would have been a glance and lookup on their screen. No more fed ex for me.

Horrible customer service at this location. I arrived a few days before Christmas to ship two packages to friends out of state. I was only using FedEx to ship them because it was so tight on time - it was December 19, I believe... I had been sick for a couple of weeks and was behind on Christmas - and I did not have time to use the regular mail. Because I had been out recently when sick, I could not leave work to ship the packages, so I drove over in the evening through all the mall traffic. It WAS late when I got there, at approximately 650pm, but the location clearly states both online and on their door that they are open until 7pm. There were still two customers at the counters being helped, and the store was open and lit - clearly still open. I came in with my two boxes, and brought them up to the counter (where the previous customer was just leaving). Before I could even set them down, a different employee came charging up to me out of the back of the shop, stood about six inches from me, and asked me what I needed. I told her I was there to ship two packages. She crossed her arms and said "Well, we're closed." I politely told her the door was open, that I had walked in ten minutes before their 7pm closing time, and that it was now 6:52pm and STILL before their closing time (there was a big clock on the wall right there). I apologized for cutting it tight on time, but said I'm sure she understood that the mall traffic was a madhouse, and could she please assist me with sending the packages. She responded "are you serious?" with significant attitude. After several awkward moments, however, she walked to a different register without a word, and proceeded to process the packages. She entered the information I gave her for the addresses (one in CA, one in GA), and informed me it would be a little over $200 to send the two (relatively small) packages if I wanted them to arrive before Christmas, because the only guarantee to do so would be to pay for two-day shipping. Though the absurd price was almost as much as the contents were worth, I merely said that was fine (gritting my teeth for my own delay in shipping them), and paid. She walked behind me to the door, which she immediately locked behind me. Even with this incredibly poor interaction, I probably would not have bothered to leave a negative review. It was the holidays, after all, and I know it must be a madhouse in all shipping centers. However, it has now been two weeks. The package to CA arrived three days after Christmas, despite the inordinate shipping cost I paid to ensure that would not happen. The GA package never arrived at all, and I have attempted for the past four days to locate it. I did receive much better customer service from the FedEx employees in GA. I cannot believe how rude the staff at this location was, and combined with the fact that after a ridiculous shipping cost they both failed to deliver either of my packages on time and failed to deliver one at all, I will not be using this location again.
