        not actually open when they say they are. Have been here twice and they simply are just closed even though it lists being open for at least a few more hours.

        Unprofessional, low IQ staff. Made me wait to ask a simple question if they take photos, only to find out they dont. When i said excuse me I have a quick question. The guy made me wait so computers could reboot! Not sure how the two things are related. Not to mention the guy had closed the store and had left a note 'will be back at 4.15'. The store hours do not mention a recess!! Dressed dirty and unprofessional.

        Meg and Valerie are very sweet and patient and easy to work with. They do the little extra things (tape, printing labels) for free that other stores charge you for and they do it with a smile. Ive switched all my shipping to the North Haven FedEx because they are so good. Highly recommend!
