        Let me preface this by saying I have horrible dental anxiety, its very severe and I have been neglectful of my teeth in a sense that I havent been getting them taken care of with the doctor like I should. Well, I woke up this morning in serious pain with a swollen face and a mouth that would hardly open due to an abscess in the front of my mouth. I called at 6:30 and scheduled an appointment SAME DAY, for 9:30. New patient, never been seen, totally off the rails nervous. I got there and they had accidentally scheduled me for the Waterford office. The girl (at reception I spoke to, I dont remember her name) at lisbon was so beyond accommodating - she calmed me down and told me theyd see me here and it wasnt a problem. The tech, the doctor, they were so calm with me and so kind. We have a plan to get my teeth fixed and taken care of and I couldnt be more thankful. Absolutely 5 stars for the staff over there. Clean, kind, accommodating I could go on and on. Thank you Lisbon team for seeing me so fast and helping me get over my fear. Im thankful and cant wait to feel confident in my smile again!
