Our 1st time ordering flowers from Beachwood Florist for our Mom's birthday. The flowers and arrangement is beautiful!! We are so pleased. After placing the order online, I called to ask if delivery could be 10am to surprise Mom They were so accommodating and happy to make that happen. Thank you!!

Visited this place to get quoted for a floral arrangement from Kerry. Came in late January and was told it'd be more than double $$. After showing her the quote, she said she'd "if that's what I said, I'll honor it." I ordered them and said I'll pick them up on X day at X time. A few days prior, I called to confirm we were still on for that day and was told they were never ordered. The owner told me 3 things that were contradictory: I never told Kerry to order them (even though I told her pickup on X date/X time). Then, the price is more than double $$, and they would not honor the price Kerry gave. They also weren't ordered because I didn't give a deposit. Told the owner I was never asked for one. Go somewhere else!
