Extremely terrible customer service. Got yelled at over the phone for asking a few simple questions. I do not recommend coming here to get your flowers. There are much better places where the employees are actually nice and helpful. :(

I ordered from 1-800-flowers and the flowers happened to be from Aster. They were gorgeous, fresh and like the photo. Additionally the man that delivered them to my mom rang the doorbell and gave them to her and was very professional and kind. I really appreciate they were handed to her. Thank u! :)

The flowers I ordered were lovely. Aster Florist sent photos for my approval as I contacted them directly not through an 800 number. They were awsome.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend's funeral sevice on line(Teleflora) because my local florist was on vacation and I couldn't find what we were looking for anywhere else. The order went through fine but I got a call from the actual florist doing the arrangement a few days later with a few questions. She told me she was from Aster Florist and was very nice and helpful. When I told her I wasn't able to personalize the arrangement with a Friend banner on line and she offered to put one on for me.. Sheila made sure the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home on time. It was beautiful and as pictured for the most part. She gave me her number to call with any issues. After I got off the phone I looked her up on line and saw some terrible reviews. That got me nervous. But my own experience with Sheila and Aster Florist was great!! I will do business with them in the future!

Absolutely in love with the bouquet my husband brought home for my birthday. First, let me say that hes never gone to a florist before. I am not a cut flowers kind of woman, but watching peonies open is an underrated joy, so off to the florist he went. He went in only knowing he needed peonies, peonies in nature is what he told them. He wanted all open flowers and was promptly told that he doesnt know anything. Which he doesnt, haha. So, they created a beautiful mix of peonies, open and closed hydrangeas, eucalyptus, and some woody vines with other greens that Im unfamiliar with. Its been 3 days and my room smells amazing, with opening blooms and some closed ones- ensuring that my bouquet has lots of life left. I see reviews on how awful the customer service is, honestly, the bouquet is art. Its gorgeous. Youre dealing with artists, not customer service specialists. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
