I have been with CT Insurance Exchange for 6 years and have been satisfied with Kims expertise and help in my behalf. This years auto renewal with the same company I had been insured by for years gave me an outrageous quote on auto. I was extremely upset. Kim got both policies with a new company at a great savings to me with the same coverage. I am relieved and happy to continue my relationship with CT Insurance Exchange!!

I recently had a billing issue with a new company that CIE switched me over to so as to save me money, my policy was facing cancelation, my checking account was scheduled to be overdrawn, after my initial acct. rep Tu did everything in his power to resolve the problem and still the problem persist he decided that it was time to hand off effectively to Stacy, She jumped in the driver seat and went full throttle, not only finding out what was what but standing ground for accountability, she even found out about a charge that i was suppose to get hit with and she had them eat it and then still found a way to save me more money, the amount is not important, it's the principle ! Thank you Stacy for fighting not only for me but for what is "Right" and "Just"
