      image I called Juan and he came over right away to size up the job. He was up a ladder as light as a lark right away , walking the roof, with a tape measure. I needed two sections of roof replaced together with an anti-ice-dam underlayment. His bid--which he gave me on the spot--was about 1/3 less than the competitor I had consulted first. His crew came three days later, and finished the job in about six hours. Very neat, very thorough, total professionals from start to finish. This is a no-BS operation. I trust Juan implicitly.
