The worst apartment I've ever lived in. Prior to 2016, the apartment was wonderful. The staff was amazing and got repairs done on time. The new management group is terrible. Don't expect them to ever answer your phone calls because reaching them is impossible. The people they hire don't know how to do anything. It takes them a month finally come and fix ANYTHING and when they do come, they do an awful job. We had a leaking faucet, but after they were done, we had leaking pipes to deal with instead. They can't even install a handle properly without it ending up backwards. And you better pray it never snows, because they don't ever clear the snow. It has been 2 days since a big snow storm, and just like every other time, no action has been taken. It is impossible to drive out of here or even walk, without slipping. And when you try to call the emergency department, they block your number. Awful apartment run by awful people.

I moved from n.y to ivy woods apartments and Management is great Sarahi Xiomara do there job. No complaints about maintenance crew very respectful when they enter to do the job. I absolutely love it here.

These aren't like apartments they are like condos. It is absolutely beautiful here.
