        I have personally been affected by an unjust deduction from my security deposit, and I strongly believe that there should be regulations in place to address this issue. While such problems were traditionally associated with renting from individuals in Connecticut, it has become common practice for companies like Norwegian as well. It is crucial for the state to take action and establish clear guidelines that protect tenants.

        Its loud. Soundproofing is very bad. Although advertised as heat included you dont have the control of the heat, they set it to a degree that they are comfortable with. Also very Bad management, they kept our security deposits for no reason.
