        Got a small car loan a few months ago. Paid it off in four months. This place lost my title. They waste three days playing phone tag with me. For what? They said I will receive a call back. For what? I dont know what else I can do on my end. The whole transaction is documented from beginning to end. I dont know what you did with the title. This Middletown branch also made a $30k mistake on a deposit of mine a couple of weeks ago. About done with them.

        First time going to this branch today and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I have been with M&T for a few months now and have been happy in switching back to using a real bank that you can go into to get assistance, instead of the online only banks that are advertised that dont even have decent agents to talk to when you call. I would recommend this branch and the bank to anyone looking for a real bank and friendly service!
