We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and the structural building. The homes were great and just the right size. The area is up and coming with lots of new development growing in the surrounding area. Shout out t o Caitlyn she was knowledgeable and personable throughout our visit.

I was a first time home buyer. I visited an open house a year before and talked to the representative there who explained the entire process and answered all my questions. two weeks later I received an email about an ongoing promotion that had some best offers, so I had requested few details over email and they responded quick with more details. This is when I had the chance to meet "Charles Enman", a gentleman who walked me to most of the houses under construction. He answered more doubts about loan processing, house construction, closing etc. The information he gave was very important, which added more confidence in me buying a new property. It was like walking into a toy store and pick a toy I wanted When I finally decided to buy . best of all I don't have to visit the office in person it was like everything virtual. the construction began and I met "Clayton Devine", who explained me all the construction process and helped me see all the progress day to day until it is ready. The construction was quick and on time. Closing was just signing. and we entered our new home. a year is passed and we had no issues at all. peaceful community, great neighborhood. I would say "Ryan home" is best for new home buyers. all you have to do is talk to Ryan home representative available in the open house or email them you get the best people like the ones I mentioned here. by the way, ryan house price is best in market. It is my pleasing pleasure to share my experience with the purchase of our new home from Ryan Homes at the Preserves at Deep Creek 55+. I'm finding it hard to find the words to express how ecstatic I am about my new purchase, but I will do my best. This experience has truly been a blessing to my husband and I from the beginning, and now as we come to an ending. My home which is in process of being built, is beautifully structured, good in quality, and value, which is detailed in the interest of puchase. It is designed to our preference, spacious, and perfectly fits our needs. Not to mention the amentites, the conveniences of its location, and the wonderful staff that has gently held our hands through it all; in one word - Priceless! I would be remiss to not mention Caitlyn Sterling, who truly has the heart of serving with professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. From the very beginning her approach has been warm and inviting, hands on, and the moment I met her and fell in love with the home, I knew our search was over. Although I haven't personally met my neighbors, my husband and I have received nothing but smiles, handwaves, and friendly exchanges from those in the community. This too has inspired us with the decision of our new journey.
