Its been about a month since we had our 22 year HVAC system replaced by Airserv of Middletown. From start to finish it has been a great experience. Out of all of the HVAC companies that stopped by, they were the best. Especially with price and warranties. Dave the sales representative was very knowledgeable, personable, and honest with the system that I needed for my home instead of upselling for a more expensive unit. On the day of installation Middletown had a controlled power outage that lasted from 3pm to the rest of the night . The technicians, Terrik and Dave were aware of the power outage issue and was done by 2pm. They both did an excellent job. They were punctual and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would definitely recommend Airserv Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

I reached out first thing this morning in a panic when my AC would not turn on and immediately received a call offering help. Within a couple hours I had a technician reviewing my systems and offering solutions. I am so impressed and grateful for the quick response and time provided to share a variety of options. Still in shock that the team was able to get us up and running on the same day. From the scheduler to the technician everyone was caring and pleasant to work with.
