Spoke to Gary about our malfunctioning gas fireplace. He ordered a few parts and one week later Michael came out to install them. Fireplace was working again! But, we had a small issue with the flame and immediately they returned and fixed the problem. Five star service...I highly recommend them!

I used Pierce to replace my HVAC system. I got quotes from 4 local contractors. Pierce provided the best value, best install timing and overall the most pleasant to work with. Installation quality was great. Would 100% use again.

Contacted Pierce for the service of gas fireplace logs. They were very courteous on the phone, able to schedule an appointment timely, were clear with the charges to be expected and the details of the servicing. Jeff the technician and was also very professional, courteous, and provided lots of helpful tips - the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend for this service.

After leaving several messages on the company line and getting no response. I even posted a review on Google, hoping to get their attention. Nothing worked, absolutely no response from the comapny. It seemed like they don't care and they don't want the business. After several days I decided to call another manufacturer recommended service company (Pierce is on that list also). What a difference did that make. First of all. the new technician came in with uniform and a tool bag. The Pierce's technician had no uniform and had a screw driver in his pocket only. The new tachnician used a meter and found where the problem was. It took him only 10 minutes to trouble-shoot and found the problem right away. Whereas the Pierce technician fiddled around, plugged and unplugged a few connectors and didn't check anything with a meter. It tells me the Pierce technician wasn't trained on the system and had no idea what's going on. The company just sent somebody with little to no training and charge you for a service call, but did not fix your problem. I would think twice about calling them for anything. Service: HVAC repair
