Ryan was knowledgeable, kind, dependable, and quick to respond! He advised the best line of action and aided us in quickly fixing our dishwasher, which had an error code.

American Homeshield assigned 1st Choice repair for my GE washer problem. Only to have a technician come in for 10 mins to tell me what he thought the problem was. He indicated that a report would be sent to the company, and that they would be contacting me back with further details of what needed to be done. Come to find out, 30 mins later, I get an email from American Homeshield stating that the technician canceled my service request?! With absolutely no reason given. I called 1st Choice Repair several times to get an answer as to why my service request was canceled, and kept getting their voice mailbox. American Homeshield also made attempts on trying to reach them with no success. Finally I got a hold of someone at 1st Choice who couldnt even find me in their systems?? He said he would be looking into it, and contact me back, but never did! I dont recommend their business to anyone! This was terrible service, and a total waste of my time!
