        I called initially, and received a request to send a text. I exchanged a few texts and a representative came to diagnose an issue with the dishwasher, collected $50 and vanished. No follow up, no repair, no further information about how to repair the appliance. Found this to be extremely unfortunate and a complete waste of money.

        They investigated quickly, discovered the problem, attempted a quick fix which they determined wasn't going to work. They planned and explained the next fix , which would require a new part, and showed me the price of the part and discussed labor. After we agreed, the part was tracked down and they returned to quickly make the installation and fix. Very professional, honest, quick and inexpensive. I will use them again if the occasion arises
