        Very cute boutique like hotel. Customer Service was amazing, especially Reberto at the front desk. Smooth check on. Room is small but very comfy and cute (if you know how to read this is expected) Noise from above did not bother me so no complaints there. The noise from outside is insane (no fault of Hive) I dont know how you guys handle living in the city lol Pizza was phenomenal! You have to try the pickle it was amazing! All in all great small cute hotel. Worth the money. Nearby activities: Within a 10 minute drive or Uber to Capital One Arena

        Was passing through DC very quickly and stopped at this great place! I was so impressed! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff welcoming. The only thing I would change is the elevator, that is quite slow! That said, otherwise, zero complaints! I would come back again!
