Very overpriced, extra $19 for a breakfast that was horrific. Same stuff put out each morning -nothing fresh and it was just low quality. The milk for coffee was rotten, floties in the drinks. The lady with colored hair was permanently miserable and mean to staff. Parking was down the road and an additional $45 day. Room was nothing that warented the price they charge...this is a solid 2.5 star stay

I know the hotel was sold out, but I did not receive the level of attention I deserved. I did not feel welcomed. I had to pay 5* price for a 2* experience. The hotel is nice and modern but definitely not worth the price I paid. I have traveled a lot since pandemic, but have yet to see any improvement in the customer experience. It was so much nicer at ALL Marriott properties before 2020...I know the world has changed, but Marriott needs to get back to serving their loyal guests better.

I visited Smoke & Mirrors lounge on the rooftop on 03/30. Upon arrival the valet service guys were trying to ask cash to find parking. I rather parked on the street. Then in the lounge the total chaos governed. The staff was uninformed about what items they carry, the tables were not being cleaned and the service was extremely slow. I opened a tab, ordered 2 drinks and when I wanted to close the tab they claimed they cant find it. However my card was charged $76. When I called and asked for a receipt I was promised that it will be emailed to me. Never happened. They should not close transactions without signatures. My calls asking for a receipt has been futile. At this point a refund would be appropriate if they cant even tell what they charged on my card without my signature. The whole place is a scam. Left message for the GM as well.
