        This is my new favorite hotel when visiting the DC area. Nice, clean up to date rooms, and location is perfect for where I go when in the DC area. Very convenient parking right next door. Food & drinks: Had dinner at the hotel restaurant 2 times, both times food was excellent.

        Great new hotel, just opened in January of 2023. The staff and rooms are top notch. Joc and Sophie at the bar are amazing. Pro tip, ask for an inside facing room if you don't love trains as this is very near Union Station.

        Im a lifetime Platinum member with Marriott Hotels, so I had a chance to see quite a few. This one is in a decent location and everything is brand new. They might have a few mishaps during the opening. But that doesnt justify bad reviews on Google so I would like to give them 5* as honestly it's better than 90% of other Marriott facilities out there.
