We stayed here this past weekend. Everything was fine and staff encountered was courteous. Bellman will store your luggage and can leave car parked with valet until 4 pm. The only thing I didnt like was hot breakfast is $30 each and continental is $18 each. No complimentary coffee downstairs like at other Hilton locations. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and we purchased our coffee and breakfast there. The wharf is a 7 minute walk away and the Spy museum is directly across from the hotel.

Overall, we had a great stay at this Hampton Inn. Every staff member to encountered was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is what we expected for a Hampton Inn - our favorite part were the mini Belgian waffles!! We enjoyed being close enough to the metro so we could get to the airport and other attractions. Lastly, despite the sticker on the mirror in the bathroom, our room was cleaned every day - not just every other day - which we appreciated! Things I did not love, having a room that overlooked the trash dumpsters because we were woken up every morning by their noise. Our sink was clogged and would take forever to drain and then leave back up residue. We could also hear the crying baby next door which was not so bad, but the walls were very thin. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would stay again. Its clear the staff is working hard to make this a nice hotel for tourists and other out of town guests.

For the price, you cant beat this hotel. Grab a bus to take you to the mall or any location youd like and youre in business. Rooms: Clean Food & drinks: The bartender Thomas was fantastic!
