        My experience at the facility was pleasant. Everyone was polite and respectful. The way its set up now you dont get to actually speak with someone regarding your case. They give you a paper saying a supervisor will call you in 72 hours and in some cases they dont. Its been over 50 days and my Medicaid case was just looked at and I have as yet to receive an approval or denial. Its very frustrating for me and my family to not have an update on the status of our case.

        This lady , last name Clark was really rude and had a distasteful attitude!! If you dont like work then dont go.
