Want to actually close on your dream home? Samel Jusino with EMM loans is your guy. As a business owner, navigating through the home closing process was very stressful for me. I had to provide alot of additional documents and navigate the most difficult housing market the US has seen in decades. We had every twist you can imagine from unexpected credit drops to last minute surprises from the IRS. No matter the curveball, Sam kept me in the loop, called the seller for us, was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond every step of the way.
