Mr. Tax & Financial Services

Today I came with Basilia Matias Patricio to Mr. Tax Financial Services to do her tax return for 2023. Mrs Connie welcomed us into the business and she helped us with the paperwork the best she could. Her attitude was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their taxes done.

I just tried to call and see if they could help me with filing a tax form. I was hoping to be a new client, but the woman that answered, Connie, would not even let me speak. Then proceeded to hang up on me. So, I guess they could not help, and do not need new clients.

Great place to get your taxes done at a reasonable price. CPA owned office.

We had our church accounts done at this office and they did a great job. Our taxes are little complicated and it was completed on a timely fashion without any additional time charges. CPA was great.

They made several calls to correct the mistakes they made , and they clearly seemed clueless. It's the same simple straight forward every year. Upon picking up the return , they doubled the price that they quoted. They said for making a correction ( that was their mistake.) I seen my file with bold writing DO NOT RETURN NEXT YEAR . When I asked what that was about....the ride lady behind the desk said "I'm sure you can find your own kind to file taxes next year" I think she is prejudice towards us ( I'm Hispanic and spouse Lebanese ). I tried many times to reach the gentleman that took over for Paul and she won't let the call transfer to him. She hangs up. I thought about writing him , but I'm sure she intercepts nail as well. When she was so rude face to face the other woman in the office was cringing when I made eye contact with her and she left the room , she obviously wanted no part in that.
