This company is one of the worst I've dealt with. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to call them to pay off open invoices our company has and have sat on hold for MULTIPLE hours every day and still never even reach the OPERATOR. On top of that, I have emailed our account representative several times with no response. We have not received an invoice from OW since October of 2022 and our cleaners/landscapers are not being paid because we have not received any invoices or been able to get in contact with anyone.

Do not buy a Franchise fron OW, this is the most dishonest, company ever. OW do not pay its franchisee, Its almost a big scam. I know because I own a Franchise with Open Work.
