From the beginning, Gabriel was very pleasant and professional. He emailed an estimate the same day, and Catherine and Rita worked with me for weeks to get my HOA's approval and ok to commence. Day of work, they were on time, early morning actually, and had my home's exterior paint project done in 3 days. Workers were friendly, attentive and eager to please. Left no messes behind, took their time to prepare home for painting, pressure cleaning roof and walls first. Next day, made sure to tape windows and floors to prevent overspray or paint, caulked and repaired cracks, then went for it and finished the project fast and done right!!! I'm pleased and appreciate their nice work. Hopefully time will also prove the quality of their work. I upgraded the paint to Sherwin Williams Super paint so i certainly hope so. They also installed new porch lights and entrance pendant. Much appreciated. Will call them back for other work when needed. Have already recommended them to my neighbors. That's how you grow a company. Nice work guys!!

Quality work done by  Jose he removed all the bad wood and showed me his work. He was polite, he was here on time which is something I have not found here in Miami a lot. I appreciated as he was leaving he helped me with my project out front... Jose went above and beyond.  I am very thankful for his willingness to help me!  This company called me when they were not able to come out right away and set up an appointment that worked for both of us. I am beyond happy and appreciate all you've done to fix the fence.thank you

We have used Black and White many times over the years for exterior and interior painting, power-washing and general maintenance. We have always been very happy with the quality of their work. This most recent time we hired them to do two bathroom remodels. The tile work is impeccable. The staff at Black and White are very professional and highly skilled. They took very good care of our house and were very good about cleaning up after work each day. One of the bathrooms was a real mess with a lot of water damage. They stripped the room of all rotting wood and made it like new. The prices are highly competitive and the work was done on time. I highly recommend Black and White for any project you might need to have done.

Had my paver driveway cleaned and resealed. I had 3 quieres.The pricing was excellent!  The crew was punctual , courteous (a rarity) and knew their craft. The office staff was excellent (Rita). Will surely use them again.

Amazing  company. They painted my whole house.They did a great job, the owners are on top of everything  and the workers were very nice and professionals.I highly recommend them
