American Impact Windows and Doors

Buyer be warned. I ordered windows and door March 2022. Very poor customer service. I filed a complaint with the Fl Attorney Generals office and about to hire a lawyer since I paid over $5000 for services not rendered.

Gladly take your deposit but windows take over a year to deliver, if ever (remains to be seen). Original ETA March pushed back to May pushed back to September. Save your money and stay far away. Maybe not if youre a big fish who can make political donations, but if youre a regular working American keep your distance.

Horrible company and customer service, been waiting for almost a year for installation of windows and doors. First was an order issue where order was not placed on time so delayed from July installation to Dec, in Late Oct. was told would be delayed again due to the manufacturing companys they work with and now this week another delay tell us could be another 1-3 months after 3rd installation dates. Once we found out they had issues with manufacturing companies asked for full refund as they where no able to fulfill contract and obligations and they declined and said they would have for us as soon as possible from another manufacturer due to that fact we are expecting a new born in Feb. but as you see again another delay. With no response from owner or manger just sales associate. Services: Sliding glass door installation & replacement, General window replacement, General door installation
