        ALCO Windows worked at my mom's house and we had a wonderful experience with them. From the beginning to the end we had no issues. In particular Alex Feliu (the project manager) and his team were amazing!

        How is everyone getting their windows/doors so quick? We signed a contract back in July/August and we are still waiting for any information on the status of our windows and doors. Our installation date just keeps getting pushed back further and further. Any phone calls or emails just lead to a dead end with no response. The only way I was able to post is if I gave at least a 1 star, and I'm not even sure that is deserving.

        I cannot recommend anyone do business with this company. I can't help but feel like I am being scammed out of nearly $20,000 when the accountability and transparency from Alco has been so poor. I signed a contract with Alco for new windows and doors in July 2023. As of today, April 1st, 2024, my windows and doors have not been installed and I still do not have a confirmed installation date. There has been absolutely no proactive communication from Alco about any delays. Instead, I have had to personally reach out myself to get any updates. I have called at the end of every month since November, and each month I get an excuse about why the installation is going to be delayed. I was supposed to have my windows installed in December, then it became January, then February, then March, then April, and now allegedly it will be May. I feel like they are not being truthful with me and they are giving me the runaround. Enough is enough. I am willing to update this review if anyone from Alco is able to reach out to me and provide me real, concrete answers and a confirmed installation date for the windows and doors I have paid for.
