Quantum Apartments

AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS! I am born and raised in South FL and have lived in a handful of apartments in downtown Fort Lauderdale all of which have been totally fine, however this one is simply terrible. First and foremost, most of these positive reviews are fake. The real ones are certainly starting to come through. If you are thinking about touring here, do not waste your time. They lie about everything on the tour (package system, resident/visitor parking situation, safety of the building etc.) and you will potentially end up in a lease you wish you werent in. This building is classified as a luxury building yet it is the furthest thing from. The place is constantly filthy (they have one cleaning lady for two massive buildings). Trash cans go days without being emptied and if something spills on the floor it will potentially remain for days as well. On tour they will tell you they have a package delivery system and even show it to you, yet they don't have the software installed so they are 100% not functional (basically they don't exist), meaning your packages may end up at your front door, thrown in the lobby and stolen, or in the other building at another tenants apartment. In two months of living here I have had $750 worth of stolen merchandise and moving forward now must ship all my packages to my friends building instead of my own home. There is zero security here, no gate on the parking garage, no monitoring of cars, break ins and theft happen weekly. Management doesn't exist nor care about anything. Each week Camille the building manager says the same thing "everything is being taken care of next week". Nothing has changed and the building has been open for almost a year.

Quantum has been my home for more than a year and it just been great. The amenities and the neighborhood are perfect. The leasing team, maintenance team and all the staff has been super professionals and always helping on anything you need. Special thanks to Alba, Angel and Raymond for keeping this building running

I visited the Quantum apt and I found it to be a very cozy and clean place. The cleaning lady Alba corrales was very friendly, polite, and I loved that she keeps the place super clean

Visited a friend there and loved the building. One thing that stood out the most to me was how clean the building was! The building staff were very kind. Met one of the cleaning ladies, Alba Corrales she provided excellent service and was overall very sweet.

I had the good fortune of visiting Quantum Apartments and at the entrance I met the cleaning lady, who was very friendly and the place seemed very clean and had a very pleasant smell.
