Quite possibly the grossest hotel Ive stayed at in a long time. Shocked that this is a Hyatt. See photos but between the vomit on the bed frame, condom in the parking lot, and peeling wallpaper and others I would not recommend anyone staying here. If I was planning on staying more than one night, I would have left anyway. Stay away.

Conveniently close to the airport and about a 20 minute ride to Lehigh Acres. Rooms were clean, modern. Free breakfast buffet was great, with some items changing every day. Pool was clean and not crowded every. Front desk staff was great. Housekeeping came every other day. Fridge in room was a nice benefit. Shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This hotel it very pet friendly as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at.

Let me just say Im glad I didnt go at all. Booked through Priceline and when I called in regards to a situation that came up and the lady saw that it wasnt her burden, her attitude completely switched to disgust. Picked up the phone all happy and cheery and completely let go of the act when it wasnt her problem. lol. I get that you have to put the face on for customer service and all that jazz. But just because someone didnt book directly with you doesnt mean they arent or wouldnt have been a guest. Terrible customer service. So much for hospitality. Was on the phone less than 30 seconds and I heard all I had to hear. Will definitely avoid on my future trips to Ft. Myers. Usually stay at the Hilton down there when visiting my son and will continue to do so.
