My recent business trip turned into a financial nightmare when I had to prolong my stay due to unanticipated work events. The hotel exploited me by charging astronomical amounts for lodging without any discount alternatives, regardless of my longer than two-week stay and not receiving service that were offered with the stay. Regrettably, My experience at this Hotel was unsatisfactory due to various reasons such as high prices, poorly trained staff who were unable to properly communicate effectively regarding extending stays coupled with charging an excessive lump sums upon departure. Additionally, costs apply should guests bring pets whose service documentation provided by a MD signed doctor needs verification otherwise be prepared face ridiculously high penalties claimed allegedly damages. The claim suggests I created and caused damages in this room during my stay. However, upon arrival to my stay, those same damages were apparent and there before my stay. Rooms: The space was disappointing, featuring a worn-out carpet with tears, discoloration, and an offensive smell. The lighting fixtures did not function as intended. Safety: Poor adherence to safety protocols by hotel staff and rowdy guest behavior impact the overall safety and comfort of the establishment. Food & drinks: Breakfast was not tailored for guests with digestive conditions, and a detailed allergen menu was not offered to explain ingredients. Noteworthy details: Terrible accommodation with inadequate staffing, exorbitant prices, poor communication skills, safety and security concerns, lack of amenities for all guests, and inconsiderate behavior from the management and staff.

Great hotel especially for the price. My son had a hockey tournament about 15 minutes away and the hotel prices in the Ft Myers area are much more than I am used to. Stayed here because of the price and other hotels in this price range didn't have the best reviews. With that said, I was very pleasantly surprised. The employees were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel free breakfast and was tasty enough. The rooms looked recently updated and were very clean. Only downsides were that the shower never got too warm, and they don't have an elevator only a wheelchair lift.

Had a great experience at this hotel, and we want to thank Kevin at the front desk for helping us out. We came in late and had reservations at another hotel, and it was a dump ground with mold in the bathroom and above the sleeping area. We are still fighting to get our money back from that hotel. So again, thanks to Kevin for letting us see the room before we rented for the week. Rooms: The rooms are very clean, the staff is wonderful. Nearby activities: Not too much around will need to travel to do things. Walkability: There are some restaurants we're you can walk to. Food & drinks: They have a decent breakfast in the morning for any early birds.

Spacious and clean rooms. It lacks a little lighting. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, the donuts were old and there was little variety of eating options. The lady who was at breakfast was not friendly at all.
