I really dont appreciate road rage especially from a company where youre advertising your services. This vehicle to cut me off on Highway 17 going through Lake Alfred today. its so sad that a business cant take their time and drive professionally instead of driving erratically, and weaving in and out of traffic.

Sheduled appointment two weeks ago for today, 1/20/23 from 9am to 11am time slot. Blew me off with too many excuses. I would never ever use this business! Most likely they will go out of business. Don't waste your time or money!

Ac working fine but high ac bill called them out there tech said wrong fan motor it was 6 months old after market ac fine said needed oem motor 515.00 dollars later ac not working right unit was a 2017 all of a sudden no warranty sent a master tech out he found unit was just a little low on Freon so it cost 615.00 dollars for 1 lbs of Freon and replace a motor that was working they always had a answer they messed up and would not stand up bosses are Crooks Service: Repair HVAC

Our AC was not cooling, and the temperature was rising. When we purchased this new home, Air Flow had installed the AC, and we opted for the Maintenance Plan. We already had a long history with Air Flow from our previous Florida home. The repairman came out and said the coil was leaking, and would need to be replaced. In the meantime, he added a sealer and recharged the system. This was Wednesday, 7/7/21. He said with a little luck the part would be in on Friday. Thursday evening, I got a call from Air Flow, they wanted to install Friday Morning! Pablo called before he arrived this morning. He installed a new coil, recharged the system and answered a couple questions I had.
It doesn't get much better than that! You live in Central Florida, you can not go without AC. The Maintenance Plan is worth it's weight in gold!
