We have had Watts service our ac for 3 1/2 years that we have been in Florida. Called them last Friday and told them our unit was not cooling and needed to have them come check it outs. It was also time for our annual checkup. They said the earliest appointment was May 2nd. Obviously we were not going without air until May. We called Iceberg in Winter Haven and they would have come out that day but we had them come Monday. Our unit was 12+ years old so we knew it was probably time to replace it. Sure enough it was not worth fixing. Iceberg was here at 10am and by 3pm we had a new unit installed. Very disappointed with Watts as we have recommended them to many people in our community.

This company is great! They are extremely responsive and scheduling is easy. The office staff are so friendly and do everything they can to accommodate your request. The technicians are punctual and explain everything so you understand. They have become my go to for all repairs.

If I could rate zero I would,they came out told me what was wrong and that's the last I heard from them,mind ya it's been cold and no heat,not even a phone call not happy with this company, yesterday said they would be here by 430 no show no call ,terrible business skills
