Perfect location and beautiful view, but horrible place to live. I had all sorts of pests including roaches, rats and termites. I had leaks, broken windows, holes in the ceiling. Also the electric is horrible, some outlets don't work and the stove is ancient. Be prepared to have a high bill due to drafty windows and doors. Dogs barking and people fighting all hours of the night. Cops constantly coming to the property. The landlord cannot be bothered to answer the phone or fix any problems you might have. It's up to you to fix them. It's simply not worth the hassle or the money.

Save yourself!!!!... the worst place to live. . ROACH INFESTED PLUS NO PEST CONTROL.... first day in the apartment ac didn't work took three weeks to fix because I had to run down the ac guy and not the so called maintenance man nor landlord Fred... this so called Murphy bed is broken and when I asked them to come remove or put back together in closet no one came... until it was time to pay rent then they seemed concerned and took my money and said we'll be back later to fix it but never did... this awesome view of Lake Morton is remarkable but NO SCREENS TO THE WINDOWS... this would have been a great place to live but they let the build go down... high rent with old appliances tried to cook the first night stove sparked fire at me didn't come back on.... maintenance man came 5 days later to remove a part from stove haven't been back yet it's going on about two weeks now!!
