The T-Mobile team at this store is excellent. Specifically Esteban who went above and beyond to help get us the right phone and plan. Even when we hit a snag Esteban was able to navigate working with the customer care team on the backend to ensure everything was set up correctly.

Cristian was absolutely a pleasure. He held conversations with the elderly couple before me as well. One other associate told me that someone will be right with me. The store manager of this store needs to train the associate at 7059 Radio Rd. You can definitely see the difference between authorized dealers and actual T- Mobile

Poor customer service. Was sold a phone to be shipped to me because did not have in stock. Was told I could return within 20 days. After doing some more checking later I found the phone at Best Buy for $400 less. I called TMobile to ask them to match price and they refused. Then when I went to store to return phone they informed me of the $70 re stocking fee. That was the first I had heard of that and they refused to waive that fee. I then called t mobile corporate and they did the return easily with no re stock fee. So the customer service folks at the store could have easily done the same. I would avoid t mobile and this store in particular. Call 611 and they will take care of problems this store refuses to help with.

Excellent service. All questions were carefully answered by a knowledgeable employee. Customers were listed in the order they came into the store so no one could jump the queue.
