        Verizon customer support is a great service. An employee (i dont remember his name) helped me get upgraded to a new phone since mine had been deteriorating for a few weeks. He guided me through the process of upgrading and he knew exactly what to do. They also knew all of my questions which I was going to ask and was willing to help me. Thank you to this location for helping to make the upgrade happen and to make it easier.
