Verizon

Went in to get someones account switched over onto mine, and immediately got turned away and told to do it online. Whats the point in having a store if they cant help switch account info.

The worst service I have seen in years, being a corporate store they should have better employees in short avoid going to this place a real one. Waste of time

This review is for Jeremy and Nadi only. They are shining stars in a very dim Verizon atmosphere. Im a business owner from Chicago who provides IPhones as well as other apple products to all our professionals and some staff. . I walked into the Verizon store we work with in downtown Chicago on Friday 2/16 to update all my equipment (two ipad pros (big and one smaller: new phone and Apple Watch). Notwithstanding the fact made it clear I was going to be in Naples the Chicago aspect of the purchase and set up was a NIGHTMARE. But Jeremy and Nadi are saviors for that location. Jeremy the manager is extremely smart and patient and got everything going and set up the watch which was quite a process. And Nadi works extremely hard in a difficult situation getting everyone set up with service and the like. Both are gems . Verizon needs more employees like them and less corporate shills. And bottled water would be nice versus a public drinking fountain in todays world.
