        The ladies at this branch are mazing. They know me by name and know exactly what I coming to do, no waiting in long lines. If I have any issue or request, they pick up the phone and contact the right department to fix it. It is a professional and welcoming branch, great when we are dealing with something as cold as money.

        My husband and I are so grateful for the help and pleasantness of the staff at Lake Michigan Credit Union. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and offered assistance. We were having difficulty with the help from the 800 number, and as soon as we described our problem that we were having with our loan, Kim immediately took care of it. She was so pleasant and honestly kind. We felt like she was an old family friend. Will  definitely continue to do business with this branch and recommend it to others.

I tell all of my friends and family to go to LMCU not only for their great services but the family like atmosphere they give you every time you call or enter the building.
