Very bad attention. Zero desire, arrogant, not willing to answer my question. I asked him for an Apole Watch SE, he sold it to me and he didn't answer my questions anymore. Disappointed in the attention.

Incredibly helpful team at this Apple Store! While on vacation, my phone fell into the depths of a canal and was irretrievable unfortunately. They were very helpful with setting up a new phone and making sure it was activated since our cell phone carrier is not in Florida. Thank you for a great experience during a stressful time!

The most ridiculous thing ever! I have been an apple customer for many years and this was absurd! Today I went by the Apple Store at waterside shops in Naples, Florida and I was encountered by a black gentleman about 5 foot seven, wearing a small beard and I ask about a cell phone for business purposes! This gentleman repeatedly asked me and Im not exaggerating at least three times what I did for a living. All I asked for was information about a cell phone for my business! What the hell does this guy cares about what I do for a living !! or not !! just the fact that he asked me . I didnt feel like providing any information to him!! This was the most ridiculous thing ever! Your store sucks! And I hope this useless genius of Apple sees this message. Im sure he knows who he is! What a jerk!
