SHADY BILLING PRACTICES. I requested a quote for a cracked window at our commercial property. We did NOT use Glass Doctor for the repair. We began receiving invoices for glass replacement ($561.80) six months after the quote was requested. Another invoice arrived today (9 months after quote). I had to leave a message when contacting them. The only response I received back was by text: "I received your phone message, We was just checking in before we closed the ticket No worried Glass Doctor" (grammar & punctuation as received) There was nothing in the email regarding "closing a ticket" it was simply an invoice. VERY DECEPTIVE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. UPDATE: I received another text, now claiming it is a system error. Perhaps, but the quote is almost a year old, plenty of time to resolve the problem in my opinion. I wonder how many companies have paid invoices that were "errors"?
