I appreciated the customer service along with the actual work done. If you have Glass sliding doors that need to be updated and refreshed I would highly recommend Glassperts.

I found this company on Google and seem like reputable company. I request a quote for both glass for my front door to be replaced. Not because it was damage, but because we couldn't see from the inside out. They send out 2 techs to measure the doors. When it came to the glass, the representative called me told me that they needed to remove a glass cover to measure the thickness of the glass. I was very hesitant to do so, but he assured me no damage would come to my doors. I allowed to do so, as longs as no damage would come to my doors. He laugh and said again, no damage will happen, that the techs were expert, and knew what they were doing. After allowing and watching these 2 idiots hammering away at my doors through my ADT monitor, i called the representative and report my bad suspicion. He put me on hold and contact the techs. When i didn't her back from the rep, i communicate through the intercom for the techs to stop. They quickly rap theirs tools and left. As i arrived home, i can clearly see the damages that these "professionals " left behind. I called the representative back and denied the techs ever damage my doors as if he was present for the ordeals. I sent him pics and then continued to deny and said they were already there. Obviously he was wrong cause he requested pics of the door before they ever got there. After going back and forth, the representative requested an estimate for the damages the techs caused. Thats the last i heard from them. They wouldn't return or answer my calls. I request a second quote (The GlassDoctor)which one tech came out, remove the cover with a pocket pick,(no hammering) by removing the pressure seal the holds the cover in place. I was shock to see how easily this cover came out. I send and showed them video of what the proper way to remove the cover was. I will seek legal matters now, but please be ware of this company THE GLASSPERTS as they are not a good company to recommend. (Pics of damges will posted on my page if you need to see the damages)

Grassperts did a very good job, kept me notified of arrival time and date, confirmed, and arrived on time. Installation was professional.
