Went to the Warerside Shop Sunglass Hut and Laurie waited on me as she has several times. She is so personable, friendly and knows her products.

Excellent service, knowledge of product. I was able to get in and out quickly and love my new Ray Bans. Ashlee even showed my hubby the new sunglasses with technology and he walked out with a pair.

I would like to compliment Emily at the Waterside Shops store in Naples FL. First, I called and she was extremely helpful over the phone. Then, when I visited the store to make my purchase, of which she gladly held for me, I was greeted with enthusiasm. I said I had called and she immediately knew my name and details. She suggested looking around since there was a promotion going on, but was not pushy whatsoever. This was the best customer service experience, in a retail store, that I have experienced in many years. Kudos to Emily!!!
