I hesitated from changing my beautiful carpet to laminate but chose the product All American clamshell oak. Thomas came to measure our home and, at that time, gave us detailed information about the product and installation which made us more aware of the choice we were making. I was pleasantly surprised. It updated my home and added dimension to the room. The East Coast team arrived on time and began prepping the floor in detail immediately. The high quality pad eliminated the hollow sound when walking on it. Great workmanship was used in removing and replacing the baseboards. The installers were polite, courteous, and professional in appearance. I feel like I have a new home. II couldn't be happier getting my new floor from East Coast.

We were very satisfied with East Coast Flooring. Excellent people to work with and excellent pricing. The installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional and the results were great. We will definitely use them again.

Staff was polite and very corporate. They cleaned up everything and quickly. The floor is beautiful. I wish we found them before this. When we did the rest of house
We didn't know they existed.

Very professional from start to finish. No extra fees for moving furniture, removing and disposing of carpet. Came out of the showroom having a rough idea of how much everything was going to cost which I didn't have when visiting other flooring showrooms. Greg took time to listen to what I was looking for, answered a lot of my questions and offered up different options as well as samples. He also came round on the last day of install to make sure everything was ok, which was a nice touch.

We are glad that we chose East Coast Flooring to do our Master Bedroom and closet. Greg Darling took the time to help us decide what flooring would be the best to match up to the other wood flooring in the house. Then the crew of 2, led by Tyler, worked hard, efficiently, respectfully and carefully as they took out the nasty old carpet, moved the furniture, installed the flooring and put the furniture back. We are very pleased with the result.
