Excellent location near universal and the staff is great. Complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios and extended breakfast time (6-10am) every day. Large standard rooms geared towards families. We are annual pass holders and will be using this hotel throughout the year.
Rooms: Rooms are large to accommodate a family of 5 with plenty of space for all the luggage, etc. The kitchenette is great when traveling with families. H2S is our go to when traveling with family.
Nearby activities: Close to Universal Studios and many International Drive attractions.
Food & drinks: One of the best complimentary breakfast I have ever seen for this hotel class. Extended breakfast hours and many options great for families.

We did a quick book here for a last minute trip to Orlando. The hotel is ok. But a very pricey hotel not worthy of the price for what you get. The hotel is a small hotel that at first sight seems new. The hotel have a nice smell, the lobby is clean, have like a very small store with some snacks very pricey also. The room is huge with a lot of storage, the room is well maintained and seems updated. Good water pressure and hot water. The kitchen have new utensils and mugs and even have a space for work with a desktop and a chai but when you paid more than $250 per night you expect that the room will be at least very clean. The first room was clean but the linens have a very strong smell like they were dirty, some of the sheets and the pillow cases had stains and that smell and the towels wete smelly and old. The staff very nice and change the room, the second room had the same sweat smell on the sheets and even more the pillows and the pillow cases. I ask for extra pillows and sheets for the sofa bed but they were the same so this a serious health issue that they need to paid attention. The sheets have a lot of pull out threads so is time to renewal. The sofa bed is for laughs, the mattress was worthless. The towels condition about the same. The breakfast was nice. The pool is tiny I will never recommended.
Not recommend for families. for half a price you could book a disney value resort or universal resort endless summer that is few steps away. The linens situation is a health issue. My toddler son has a rash all over the skin i went to the walgreens around the corner to buy hydrocortisone and benadryl and my daughter had a very severe allergic reaction with puffy eyes and inflammation all over her face, they barely sleep both nights. The mattress cover is a cute mixture of holes. You could see hairs in the shower from previous guest

I think I am one of the rare customers to have bad experience with this hotel, if reviews are genuine. This hotel was not able to provide me the type of reserved room which I booked when we arrived stating they were overbooked. Next day, I had to remove my luggage, place it in their luggage room(which is a server room too) and collect my bags back when I arrived at the hotel on the second day. They were confused whether my bags were delivered in the room on the second day, so I have to go to the new room and come back downstairs again to help them find my luggage. So long story short, they without my consent upgraded my room for the second and third night but are unwilling to refund the first night which was promised upon my check-in as they were not able to provide me the exact room I booked for. We had to face inconveniences as they provided room with two small beds instead of one king size bed and we were travelling with a child.
Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was average(not good for people who are vegetarians, limited options for vegetarians and too much contamination between veg and meat items). The locality was fine but parking is very limited. So when the hotel is full, you might have to wait for an available parking or choose to park on the roadside. I would not book this property again because of the lack of communication, non-transparency by the hotel staff and not giving preference/importance to customers traveling with family and kids.
