THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR ESCROW! AND THEY CHARGE YOUR TENANTS MONTHLY FEES. Johanna (secretary) is unprofessional & unqualified. EdgarVasquez (owner) is a crook & this company is super unscrupulous. I had 1 prop with them then tried to get another one started later. They stole $400 from 1st prop escrow account for the 2nd prop after I canceled agreement (since there was no advertising or listing of property in the local MLS) for the 2nd SEPARATE property which didnt even have an escrow setup yet. They also emailed (instead of calling) on a major property issue and asked me if I wanted to deal with it instead of them). WHAT WAS I PAYING FOR. To top things off, Edgar suddenly sent email to cancel the agreement in the middle of the lease. BE WARNED THEY WILL STEAL $ FROM YOUR ESCROW & IGNORE YOUR CALLS. Do yourself a favor & keep looking!
