        I lost a binder filled with important information for the IRS. I called members first and spoke with Janet Moles. She listened, understood and dove in head first to get me what I needed. She assumed I had a time constraint, which I did, and had the information the very next day. I believe she tirelessly performed above and beyond her job description.
